My name is Nikki. I have been tending bar for about seven years and I am currently employed at a restaurant in a suburb of NYC. I decided to write this blog to share some of my experiences in the service industry, as well as experiences in my life in general. I hope it will be something to which people, especially those in the restaurant industry, can relate. At the very least, I would like to provide a bit of frivolous entertainment and a few laughs.
